Your data stays yours
All job data, customer information, and time records live in the contractor's own Google Drive and Google accounts. The automation runs in the contractor's own Make.com account. Sched Flow does not hold your business data.
Location and the time clock
Location is captured only when an employee taps a punch button (Clock In, Start Lunch, End Lunch, Clock Out). There is no background or all-day tracking. An employee can decline location and the punch still records. Punch locations are stored in the contractor's own spreadsheet and are never shared with Sched Flow or any third party.
Demo requests
When you request a demo, we store your name, company, trade, team size, phone, email, and preferred time so we can contact you. We don't sell or share that information.
Tracking and cookies
This site uses no analytics tracking and no advertising cookies.
