The service
Sched Flow is a done-for-you service-call workflow: request intake, job numbering, spreadsheet logging, SMS alerts, calendar events, customer confirmations, completion reports, and a GPS time clock. It runs on accounts you own (Google, Make.com, Twilio).
Your accounts and data
Your data lives in your own Google Drive and the automation runs in your own accounts. You are responsible for those accounts and for any usage billed by those providers (such as Make.com and Twilio) at their rates.
Billing and cancellation
The service is billed monthly with no setup fee. Most plans have a 6-month minimum, then run month to month (Time clock only has no minimum). If you cancel, your data and files remain in your own accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't use the time clock to track employees beyond the punch-based location capture it is designed for.
