GPS stamp on every punch
Each punch records location and accuracy at the moment it's tapped — and only then. If a tech declines location, the punch still records. There is no background tracking.
Rules enforced, not suggested
No double clock-ins. No clock-out during lunch. Forgotten clock-outs are flagged, never silently fixed. The rules run server-side, so they can't be bypassed from a phone.
Corrections you can defend
The time log is append-only. Fixing a punch adds a written correction with a note — the original entry stays. If hours are ever questioned, the record holds up.
Payroll every Monday
Every Monday morning you get an email with daily and weekly totals per employee, unpaid lunch deducted, and problem days flagged. Ready to enter in payroll.
